Piyo Workout Review
I love Pilates and Yoga, so when I got news that they were going to be releasing a
program and product that included Pilates and yoga inspired moves I couldn’t
wait! I love how it pulls me in and brings that focus for me, I definitely feel a
sense of calming when doing these types of workouts which after a long busy day
working and with my family of 3 young active girls it is a great way to end.
I couldn’t wait to get started but I couldn’t help but wonder after doing so many
intense workouts if this one would yield any results for me. If I would feel this
workout making changes in my body.
So in this Piyo Workout Review I’ll go into the details of what it is, the Piyo
Schedule Etc, and touch on my experiences.
Ok so I was able to get a copy Piyo before it was released the Public. So without
any Hype or big promises I was able to do the Workouts with a clear focus. At first
I was thinking this was going to be full on Yoga & Pilates. You are constantly
moving and the form focus you get with balance, strength and flexibility is
